All the cattle are reared and then slaughtered in the best possible way to enhance the flavour and ensure tenderness in all cuts. Our prices are the most competitive on the market for such quality as it’s supplied direct from the abattoirs processing plant.
The abattoir sees food safety as a company priority. As well as product quality, its an aspect of the business that's taken very seriously. All the products must meet the stringent standards imposed by the industry, and rigorous internal procedures are in place to guarantee standards and traceability at every stage in the production process. An open door policy is available with all government agencies and industry bodies: The abattoir works closely with each of them, and play an active role in a number of ongoing food safety initiatives that are now raising the bar across the industry.
